Anderson .Paak and Chance The Rapper reunite

Notion favourites Anderson .Paak and Chance The Rapper tease a new collaboration on Snapchat

Anderson .Paak and Chance The Rapper, both superfluously talented musicians in their own right, appear to have partnered on a new track.  The pair hinted towards a new release through a playful Snapchat video that has been taking the internet by storm since its reveal on Tuesday.

.Paak is set for an incredibly hectic 2017, as he’s already been swooped up by Bruno Mars to accompany him on tour, confirmed a collaboration with electro-musician Flying Lotus and (as if that wasn’t enough) announced an album in conjunction with The Free Nationals – his backing band.

Though their latest ‘video’ doesn’t appear to reveal much, it’s clearly set to be a collaboration for the ages as it combines .Paak’s eclectic funk with the signature soul rap of Chance, as he chants “It’s still West Side, West Side right on time, n*gga. This is to a good year.” Following on from .Paak’s cameo on Colouring Book’s ‘Blessings’, it’s safe to say we have high expectations for this dynamic duo.
