With streetwear’s ongoing takeover of the fashion world, skateboarders are at the forefront of the fashion world right now. However, that doesn’t mean they’re happy about it. So as brands like Thrasher do their best to distance themselves from the fashion world, we took to the streets with some real skaters to capture the essence of the scene in its purest form. Using collage and Polaroid Eva Pentel injects a sense of freedom into the shoot, showcasing the skate scene as it should be.
