Les Benjamins, founded by Istanbul native Bunyamin Aydin, strives to promote cultural awareness and inclusivity with each collection it crafts. SS18 was no different. Showcasing at Paris Fashion Week, the collection employed the most intricate of details and utilised paisley prints alongside heavily embroidered applique to create an image of extravagance

SS18 celebrated Aydin’s cultural heritage, and drew inspiration from conventional designs infused with decadent thread embroidery, hand painted detailing and vivid textiles. The collection houses some intense pairings, including gold-threaded track suits and sheer print jackets layered over acid-wash effect co-ords and the list goes on and on. Aydin’s current vision seeks to promote a cultural movement, encouraging followers to be aware of their heritage, alongside others, and consider the origins behind the brand and its offering. Notable pieces in the collection include embroidered bomber jackets and striped two-pieces, comfortably sat alongside Benjamins emblazoned track jackets and outfits made up of vivid red colour palettes.
