Patti Smith, Billy Bragg, Nadine Shah and more to play Festival of Voice

Festival of Voice enlists punk icons and voices of protest for 2018 proceedings.

Cardiff’s biannual arts festival, the Festival of Voice, has revealed the first wave of programming for 2018. Topping the bill is punk icon Patti Smith, who’ll be performing across two evenings both at St John’s Church at the Millenium Centre. Also playing across the ten-day festival are Billy Bragg and Nadine Shah who’ll lead an evening dedicated to the ‘Voices of Protest’ and Gruff Rhys who’ll perform with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. The full line-up will be revealed on March 6th.
