Dandelyan bar

Set in a prime riverside location, the Tom Dixon designed Dandelyan bar offers elegance, award winning ambience as well as tantalising cocktails. Set within the Mondrian London, an oasis of calm and luxury at Sea Containers in Southbank, Dandelyan has a modern and elegant feel. Far from the usual watering holes of Shoreditch and Soho, Dandelyan bar is perfect for those nights when you want to amp up the glam, ‘shake’ things up – and try something new.

What bar impresario  Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan, doesn’t know about cocktails isn’t worth knowing. With a groundbreaking menu of concoctions, the list of cocktail ingredients includes ‘crystal peach nectar’, ‘chalk bitters’ plus many more off the wall ingredients. Mr Lyan has an impressive track record of working at some of the most prestigious bars in the city and even boasts his own range of spirits in Selfridges.

With its green marbled bar and polished copper interior, the bar is the sort of place you will want to stick around, and you can, being open late every night. The Mondrian hotel itself also boasts its own Rumpus room, sleek hotel rooms as well as an exclusive roof top bar – perfect for soaking up the drama of the London sky line. A perfect city getaway.
