Tinie Tempah presented the second instalment of his clothing brand What We Wear at their SS18 presentation for London Fashion Week Men’s on Saturday 10th June. The collection, titled ‘Bring Your Game’ was showcased on a custom-made basketball half court just past the Old Truman Brewery on London’s Brick Lane and channelled Tempah’s love of sport.
The garments were created with a range of luxe fabrics in various shades of deep blue, charcoal black and beige, with the exception of a bright coral two-piece in a textured scuba material. Notable garments from Tempah’s SS18 include a slick striped tracksuit and a dusky blue shell jacket alongside a shiny brown coat with a luminous orange detailing. What We Wear presented a collaboration with contemporary eyewear brand Cutler and Gross and footwear brand Converse, to create custom-made pieces exclusively for the WWW SS18 showcase.
In terms of aesthetics, What We Wear presented an effortless sportswear collection, putting an emphasis on quality and comfort in all possible situations, whilst still managing to showcase elements of creative design.
